Tenancy Legal Fee & Stamping Calculator

Estimate legal fees and current stamp duty for a standard tenancy agreement in Malaysia.

Current stamp duty rates from 1 January 2025 are RM1, RM3, RM5 and RM7 for every RM250 or part thereof of annual rent and other consideration, depending on the tenancy period. The former RM2,400 annual rent exemption no longer applies. This calculator is for current agreements and does not calculate late stamping penalties.
